     Hi. I have an md802 but the memory card with the software is corrupted. And the pc software wont recognise it. I need to know if there is a way to restore the original software on it. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

     Hi, if you have backup of the original SD card then you can copy them to a new SD card to restore the original software. Otherwise you have to use a new SD card to download all update again. Thanks!

     i need to register the md802 but i dont have access to the serial number and the register password since the memory card is corrupted. i cant go into Setup>>About to see the serial number or register password.
    please help.

     Hi, you can find the S/N on the back of the device and write to support@autel.com then we will get the register password for you to do registration. Thanks!
